InitiativeX ("IX", "we", "us") operates a membership platform connecting hospitality venues, consumers, staff, service providers, and investors. The platform is accessible at initiativex.co.uk.
Explorer membership is free. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Explorer members receive:
IXT is a tokenised loyalty reward tracked within the IX platform. IXT is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument. IXT is not transferable outside the IX network. IX reserves the right to adjust the net asset value (NAV) of IXT at its discretion. IXT balances may be used for benefits within the IX ecosystem as determined by IX from time to time.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
We collect your name, email, phone number, and visit data to operate the membership platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Visit data is used to calculate IXT rewards and improve the platform experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Certain IX services (Service Provider certification, B2B partnership, Investor access) require additional verification including identity checks, proof of trading history, or sponsor references. These tiers are subject to separate terms and approval by IX.
You agree not to misuse the platform, create multiple accounts, or attempt to manipulate IXT balances. IX may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
IX provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
IX may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may close your Explorer account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any accrued IXT balance will be forfeited unless redeemed prior to closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By ticking "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" on the IX website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
