Founding 100 · Register of Interest

Pre-authorisation phase. Register interest now.

Initiative X is a certified ecosystem of independent hospitality businesses with an integrated investment layer. Founding 100 is an invite-only cohort of early participants. Register your interest and we'll be in touch as the investment layer opens.

Regulatory status. Initiative X is pre-FCA authorisation. No offer of investments is made via this page. This form is a register of interest only. All investment vehicles, subscription mechanics, and returns are subject to FCA opinion (pending, Q2 2026) and subsequent fund manager authorisation. By submitting this form you are not purchasing or committing to purchase any security or investment.
Background

What Initiative X is

A shared operating system for independent hospitality. We certify venues, suppliers, and service providers against a 10-pillar standard; connect them through a shared membership and loyalty layer; and (post-authorisation) operate the investment vehicles that fund new sites and growth.

Read the full structural overview for detail on the methodology, vehicles, regulatory posture, and state of the build.

Post-authorisation
